Who is ?
The Invisible Me Warriors Chronic Illness Advocates is a patient led non-profit organization founded in the summer of 2018 to address the unmet needs of the chronic illness community in Palm Beach County.

We offer the "SPOONIE" community support, advocacy, and tools to the population to overcome chronic illness. The Foundation's volunteers, which include licensed social workers, disability coordinators, and certified patient advocates, provide various resources to support SPOONIES, their families and their caregivers.
We are working diligently to ensure all spoonies in our community have access to the best care, education and resources available all tailored to their unique needs.
Our Mission
The Invisible Me Warriors Chronic Illness Advocates (IMW) Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to EMPOWER those living with chronic illnesses. Our mission is to help SPOONIES live better through chronic illnesses, autoimmune or rare diseases, as well as invisible and visible disabilities.
Our Vision
As patients, family members, and health care providers, our goal is to provide resources and support to reduce the stress of chronic illness, rare disease, and disability through emotional support, educational resources, and advocacy rooted in mindfulness, awareness, and compassion to the thousands of spoonies in our community.
